Trade Stands can be booked for the forthcoming event here!
Trade Spaces will be three metres deep and are offered at £40.00 per metre frontage. Traders must ensure that the space booked is adequate for their needs as aisles and walkways must remain clear for the public. Electrical points are available on some pitches at a cost of £25.00. Traders requesting previously held positions are requested to reply together with a deposit as soon as possible whilst the choice is available. The trade space plan will commence the first week in December and traders who wish to change sites, together with new traders will be accommodated from then on. Trade passes are available at £7.50 each until 31st January 2017 and at £9.00 each thereafter.
On Saturday 4th March 2017 the hall will be open for traders only, from 12 noon until 10.00 pm. to enable you to set up, with the halls being patrolled throughout the night. On Sunday 5th March 2017 the hall will open for traders from 7.30 am and the show will be open from 9.30 am till 3.00 pm.
Due to Fire Regulations ALL fire exits must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times. Fire exits should not be used unless in an emergency. Traders requiring items from their vehicles must only use the official trade entrances. Anyone violating this will be asked to leave and not invited to future shows and could well face prosecution. This event is strictly a NO SMOKING show.
Trestle tables are available for hire at £7.50 each in advance, or if any are available at £10.00 each on the day.
The show will be well advertised, as usual, in Cage & Aviary Birds along with some specialist club newsletters where available and also promoted at other large bird keeping events. It would also be appreciated if you would also mention in your own advertisements that you will be attending Stafford Spring Show.
Parking is available on most sides of the hall however it is imperative that no one parks adjacent to the hall in order to comply with Fire Regulations. Vehicle access is available to most sites inside, however all trade vehicles must vacate the halls by no later than 8.45 am. on the Sunday morning.
Due to the 2006 Judicial Review traders can no longer sell birds however breeders and club exhibits remain unaffected.
The person nominated on the application form will be held responsible for all stock held on the site, therefore subletting part or all of a site is prohibited.
The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any application for space and further reserve the right to assign any reason for taking such action
